Some people use URL redirection to hide their referral links or redirect to landing pages which are meant to refer the user to Points2Shop or Cashle. Use the form below to find out whose referral link is being promoted even if you are immediately redirected to Points2Shop when visiting the link in your browser.

My game says Undecided, what do I do?

Your points are not lost. Wait for someone else to play.

When a game is undecided, that means that you have not been assigned a competitor so there is no winner or loser yet. Just wait for someone else to play and they will be matched with you. The winner of the game will be determined when another person plays the same game with the same entrance fee at the same skill level.

As soon as you click the Accept button on the game page you pay the entrance fee. If the entrance fee were not charged as soon as you play, people would rack up copious amounts of debt when they lost all their pending games. Paying the entrance fee ensures that you will have enough points to pay the winner if you lose.

How will I know when I win?
When your game ends, the winner and loser will be displayed in the shoutbox. You can also check your past game results at any time by clicking Played Games on the main games page.

Can I get my points back?
Not unless you win. Play free games to practice until you are comfortable enough to place a bet.

The challenge button is found on a user's profile. You must be at least Silver honor level to challenge someone.

When you invite a friend on Points2Shop to play a game with you, they have the option to play the game or ignore the invitation. However, if they ignore the invitation or just don't see it in their inbox, you've already placed your bet and played that game! Fortunately, those points are not lost forever.

Getting a refund
To get a refund on invite games where the other person did not play, first click Played Games on the main games page, then click the Status column to show your open games first or use this direct link.

You will see a new Delete link beside any game where your opponent did not play. When you click this link, the invitation will be removed and your points will be returned. To be fair and avoid canceling invitations immediately, only games more than 7 days old may be deleted.

Avoiding ignored invitations
Just ask the person you want to invite to a game if they want to play before inviting them. The shoutbox is a great way to find someone the challenge and also a great way to be sure that your challenge will be accepted!

While the old referral links still work, the new links allow you to send your referrals to a page that fits their interests. Although the links look a little different, they function the same as a normal ref link, just with a different target page.
