When a game is undecided, that means that you have not been assigned a competitor so there is no winner or loser yet. Just wait for someone else to play and they will be matched with you. The winner of the game will be determined when another person plays the same game with the same entrance fee at the same skill level.
As soon as you click the Accept button on the game page you pay the entrance fee. If the entrance fee were not charged as soon as you play, people would rack up copious amounts of debt when they lost all their pending games. Paying the entrance fee ensures that you will have enough points to pay the winner if you lose.
How will I know when I win?
When your game ends, the winner and loser will be displayed in the shoutbox. You can also check your past game results at any time by clicking Played Games on the main games page.
Can I get my points back?
Not unless you win. Play free games to practice until you are comfortable enough to place a bet.
I hate myself for using a blink tag in a marquee but the massive misunderstanding of this simple concept calls for desperate measures.
